Each session is a structured space for exchange, based on in-depth discussions and targeted questioning to help you gain perspective, clarify your situation and needs, and make concrete progress. I also incorporate visualization and future projection exercises to help you reconnect with your aspirations and a more aligned vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the end of the session, we'll define a realistic and appropriate action together to implement between sessions.
