Is it aligned with my values? Does this resolution come from me or am I being influenced?<\/em>\u00b7<em>e ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2\ufe0f\u20e3 Focus on one or two priorities<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Too many objectives create overload, a lack of time and little motivating progress.<br>Real change comes from simplicity and consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3\ufe0f\u20e3 Make the goal realistic (not perfect)<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Small, concrete actions are always better than big, unrealistic promises.<br>Every little step we take feeds our motivation.<br>Pushing yourself too far and too fast out of your comfort zone can create intense shock, generate fear and emotional overload, and lead to blockage rather than change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4\ufe0f\u20e3 Understanding what holds you back<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Take regular time for introspection to take stock of your goal and what hasn't gone according to plan.<br>Stress, fear, the need to please, perfectionism, limiting beliefs... You can't change what you can't see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5\ufe0f\u20e3 Look at how far we've come, not just how far we still have to go.<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Acknowledging your progress and being grateful for every step you take, feeds motivation and boosts confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And don't hesitate to ask for support. Coaching helps you stay grounded and committed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>clarity rather than confusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>structure rather than pressure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>empowerment with kindness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You don't need more willpower.
