What is coaching?
Coaching is a personalized support process that aims to help you know yourself better, flourish, clarify an objective to achieve, find suitable solutions to overcome obstacles, take action, and form new habits. It is a collaboration to help you find your resources to move forward towards what truly suits you.
What coaching isn't
- This is not therapy: Coaching targets a specific current situation, as in my case a transition. It is future-oriented through the implementation of actions to achieve results and help you grow. It is not focused on healing the past or a long-standing general issue. It does not replace therapy, but can be a complementary approach.
- This is not counselling: I don't give you the answers, I help you find your own action plan and solutions, so that you're in tune with yourself and motivated to move forward.
- This is not mentoring: I don't share my personal experience, but it helps me to better understand and guide you.
Is coaching right for me?
The answer is yes, if you are ready to make changes, but don't know how to start or keep moving forward, and if you are motivated to invest yourself. You are no longer alone with your questions and challenges; I will guide you, support you, and help you take responsibility to move forward.
What kinds of situations can transition coaching help with?
Transition coaching is for anyone who is considering or going through a significant change in their personal or professional life. This can include plans to relocate abroad, a job promotion or career change, or a personal life change. It is particularly useful when you feel undecided, lost, or lack direction or meaning, or lack confidence when facing a decision or an adaptation period.
When can I start seeing results?
Everyone is unique, but the results are quite rapid, with changes in mindset and new actions implemented from the first month. We will review at the end of the program to decide on the next steps based on your results. If you wish, we can continue the follow-up with less frequent individual sessions or work on another objective.

Everyone's different! Some people prefer to be one-to-one with the coach, to establish a better connection and to be in a confidential space without being disturbed. If that's the case, I'm located in Downtown Vancouver, Canada. Other people feel more at ease by telephone, to remain in a familiar and reassuring space, to communicate more easily and authentically. It's also more flexible in terms of scheduling, and avoids the hassle of transportation. This is the mode I recommend. Finally, some people opt for video calls, which combine some of the advantages of the 2 previous modes. I leave it to you to decide what suits you best, bearing in mind that you can change at any time of course!
Can I stop during the program?
Of course! You are free to change your mind at any time, for any reason, if you are not satisfied or for personal reasons. All you need to do is inform me more than 24 hours before the next scheduled session to cancel. If a prepayment has been made previously, I will refund you for any sessions not yet attended.
What is your rate?
I offer 3 programs of 6, 8, or 10 sessions and 2 payment options for each:
- One-time payment for the program, at the end of the first session. This amounts to a cost of CAD$130 per session (€82, US$94).
- Payment every 2 sessions, of CAD$265 (167€, US$192). This comes out to a cost of CAD$132.5 per session (83.5€, US$96), due to payment processing fees.
The price of the programs includes as a bonus:
- A follow-up email after each session (summary of main points, action plan)
- The first 1.5-hour session for the price of a 1-hour session
- An email response to your questions regarding the previous session, within 48 hours, during my business hours
- An additional bonus within the 10-session program: a 30-minute “check-in” session, 6 months after the last session.
What are the payment terms?
I accept payments via Interac (Canada), Wise (outside of Canada), and bank transfer (France). A deposit of CAD$40 (25€, US$30) is required when booking your first appointment and will be deducted from the session cost. Payment for a session is due in case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, except in exceptional circumstances.
