Why a 10-session program?
The benefit of a structured 10-session approach is the ability to work consistently and in depth on a single goal, using different techniques over time to create stable, long-lasting results.
We tackle the problem holistically and thoroughly to prevent it from recurring over time. Laying the groundwork first is crucial for long-lasting personal growth.
In contrast, one-off sessions usually focus on a single, short-term situation. While helpful, they often don’t resolve the deeper patterns behind the problem.
1st session : 90 min introduction
Next : 1 hour every week (recommended) or as desired
