What is coaching?
Coaching is a personalized support process designed to help you better understand yourself, grow personally, clarify a goal, find adapted solutions to overcome obstacles, take action, and build new habits. It is a collaborative process that helps you reconnect with your own inner resources so you can move toward what truly aligns with you.
What coaching isn't
- This is not therapy: Coaching focuses on a specific current situation, in my case, transitions. It is future-oriented and based on creating actions to help you achieve results and grow. It is not focused on healing the past or treating long-term psychological issues. Coaching does not replace therapy, but it can be a complementary approach.
- This is not counselling: I do not give you the answers. I help you discover your own solutions and action plan so they truly align with who you are and help you stay motivated.
- This is not mentoring: I do not project my personal experience onto your journey, although my own experiences help me better understand and guide you.
Is coaching right for me?
The answer is yes if you are ready to create change but do not know how to start or continue moving forward, and if you are motivated to invest in yourself. You no longer have to face your questions and challenges alone. I guide you, support you, and help you take ownership of your next steps.
What kinds of situations can transition coaching help with?
Transition coaching is designed for anyone considering or going through an important change in their personal or professional life. This may include: moving abroad, a career evolution or career change, a major personal life transition. It is especially helpful when you feel indecisive, disconnected, lacking direction or meaning, struggling with confidence, or facing a difficult decision or adaptation period.
When can I expect results?
Every person is unique, but results tend to appear quite quickly, with mindset shifts and new actions often emerging within the first month. At the end of the program, we will review your progress together and decide on the next steps. If you wish, we can continue with more spaced-out individual sessions or work on a different goal.

Everyone is different. Some people prefer face-to-face sessions to create a stronger connection and benefit from a confidential space without distractions. If that is your preference, I am located in Downtown Vancouver, Canada. Others feel more comfortable over the phone, as it allows them to stay in a familiar and reassuring environment, communicate more naturally and authentically, while also offering more flexibility and avoiding transportation constraints. This is the format I personally recommend. Finally, some people choose video calls, which combine certain advantages of both previous options. I’ll let you choose what feels best for you, knowing that you are always free to change formats at any time.
Can I stop the program before it ends?
Absolutely. You are free to change your mind at any time, for any reason, whether due to personal circumstances or simply because you feel the program is no longer right for you. You simply need to inform me more than 24 hours before the next scheduled session. Any prepaid sessions that have not yet taken place will be refunded.
What is your rate?
I offer 3 programs of 6, 8, or 10 sessions and 2 payment options for each:
- Payment for the entire program is due at the end of the first session. This amounts to CA$130 per session (€82, US$94).
- Payment every two sessions, amounting to CA$265 (€167, US$192). This works out to a cost of CA$132.5 per session (€83.5, US$96), due to payment processing fees.
The price of the programs includes as a bonus:
- A follow-up email after each session (summary of main points, action plan)
- The first 1.5-hour session at the price of a 1-hour session
- An email response to your questions regarding the previous session, within 48 hours, during my business hours
- An additional bonus within the 10-session program: a 30-minute “check-in” session, 6 months after the last session.
What are the payment terms?
I accept payments via Interac (Canada), Wise (outside Canada), and bank transfer (France). A deposit of CA$40 (€25, US$30) is required when booking the first appointment and will be deducted from the cost of the session. Payment for a session is due in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, except in exceptional cases.
