What’s My Story?

Facing my anxiety

I've gone through several periods of anxiety, self-doubt, and rumination, day and night. No area was spared: my career, my life away from my home country, my relationships, my future...

Is this really the life I want? How long can I keep going like this? I don’t recognize myself anymore. What are my values, and what truly matters to me? Did I make the right choice? What if I regret it later? Should I stay or leave? Should I try to reconnect with motivation in my current role, or change careers? What will my future look like if I continue this way?

All these thoughts are linked to my transition periods, either as a cause or a consequence. I've found myself at many crossroads and turning points in my life. Hesitating between different personal and professional paths. Afraid of the unknown and of future regrets. Having to navigate uncertain periods while fully owning my choices.

Stress and burn-out

My first 13-year career in the pharmaceutical industry was filled with success, but also marked by constant pressure, a heavy mental load, and stress levels that eventually exceeded my limits. With a perfectionist, conscientious personality and a tendency to always “give more,” I gradually allowed an imbalance to develop between my professional and personal life. Emergencies and demands kept piling up, and I constantly worked a little more just to “keep up,” not forget anything, and prove I was capable.

The same pattern repeated itself several times: in the same role abroad where I had to adapt to new expectations, during a career evolution with new learning opportunities, and later during a career change where I had to rebuild everything on my own.

I was exhausted, mentally overwhelmed, unable to find a moment to breathe or simply pause. I no longer knew where to begin. I blamed myself for not managing better despite giving everything I had, and I felt trapped in a never-ending spiral where tasks, responsibilities, and thoughts never stopped.

The result: stomach ulcers and burnout. I had to learn how to let go, reassess my priorities, set boundaries, and ask for help.

Daring to believe in myself

At my core, I was introverted and shy. The quiet, well-behaved student who didn’t dare ask questions, admit when she didn’t understand something, or approach others, especially those who seemed more interesting than her. Who would have imagined that one day I would gather the courage to apply abroad and create a new life for myself on the other side of the world, in completely unfamiliar territory? Or that I would leave a stable and promising corporate career to become self-employed and a coach, with no guarantees and while facing the judgment of others?

Achieving my international dreams

I turned the page three times to move abroad, starting over from scratch each time in the unknown, finding my place and building a fulfilling life: from France to the United States twice, and then to Canada. Each experience happened under different circumstances, bringing new emotions and questions: moving abroad for an internship, on my own by personal choice after finding a job, or following my partner without a job.

Living outside your home country means moving forward every day with immense energy, perseverance to adapt, mental strength to face daily challenges, doubts, distance from loved ones, and a confidence constantly being tested, all while learning to fully embrace your choices and identity. That is why I now support immigrants and expatriates who, like me, want to find their place, balance, inner strength, and fulfillment in a new life far from their familiar surroundings.

I also took a solo travel sabbatical year in Asia, an experience that required a great deal of organisation, inner stability and adaptability. It deeply transformed my mindset and vision of life.

Why did I become a coach?

My mission: helping others

I realized that the common thread behind all my choices has always been the desire to help others and feel useful in this world. This became clear through volunteer work in Kenya, mentoring colleagues at work, choosing clinical research to help patients, guiding and supporting my teams as a project manager, and building strong friendships over the years across different countries.

My mission is to help you become a more fulfilled and accomplished version of yourself during times of transition, while avoiding long periods of identity confusion, self-doubt, exhaustion, or demotivation that can affect both your physical and mental health. I am here so you no longer have to struggle alone, feeling confused and stuck without results. With trustworthy support, a safe environment, and coaching truly adapted to your personal or professional goals, your needs, and your pace, you move forward with greater clarity, without wasting time, and in a direction that genuinely aligns with your values and desires.

My personal experience

My personal and professional transitions confronted me with uncertainty, questioning, invisible fears, and that destabilizing feeling of no longer knowing where I belong, what I should do, or even who I am. I experienced those moments when familiar landmarks disappear and everything feels like it needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

This lived experience allows me to deeply understand what you are going through: your challenges, emotions, hesitations, and aspirations. It also helps me accurately identify where you need more clarity, confidence, or alignment. This is how I adapt my tools and coaching approach to your unique situation, helping you move forward in a practical and lasting way toward results that truly reflect who you are.

My open and multicultural vision

My backpacking year in Asia, my many travels around the world, and living in three different countries taught me to see the world without restrictive cultural filters, without trying to “fit into a mold” or reproduce predefined life paths. Through working with international colleagues and meeting people abroad, I developed the ability to listen, understand, and welcome, with curiosity and kindness, different ways of living, working, making decisions, and finding happiness, which vary from one culture and person to another.

This richness of experience deeply shapes my coaching approach: broader, more open-minded, less conditioned, and profoundly respectful of your individuality. With me, you move forward on a path that truly belongs to you, not the one society or someone else expects from you.

Problem-solving as a strength

Another key strength I bring is my perseverance and my motivation to solve problems by finding concrete, adapted solutions. I learned how to identify the right questions, focus on priorities, and avoid scattering my energy thanks to a strong structure and analytical mindset.

Since childhood, board games had already developed my logical thinking and love for challenges. My scientific studies later taught me to think methodically and act clearly despite complexity. In my previous career, I refined this skill by efficiently managing emergencies, unexpected situations, and multiple responsibilities.

I further strengthened this analytical mindset through strategic escape games and later during my year traveling in Asia, filled with surprises and situations requiring quick adaptation, creativity, pragmatism, and calm under pressure.

My greatest satisfaction

It is watching your transformation unfold session after session: your “aha” moments when you finally understand yourself better, your breakthroughs when you dare to take action, and the evolution of your behaviours as you learn to assert yourself, protect yourself, and thrive.

It is celebrating with you the joy and pride of small steps, seeing you regain energy, clarity, and confidence. It is witnessing the moment your perspective shifts, when you realize you are capable, legitimate, and deserving of creating the life you truly want.

And above all, it is seeing you move forward with more gentleness toward yourself, greater inner stability, freedom, and fulfillment.
