If you really want your resolutions to last, do things differently this time.
1️⃣ Choose alignment, not trends
Don't ask yourself: «What should I do?»
Instead, ask yourself: What do I really need right now? Is it aligned with my values? Does this resolution come from me or am I being influenced?·e ?
2️⃣ Focus on one or two priorities
Too many objectives create overload, a lack of time and little motivating progress.
Real change comes from simplicity and consistency.
3️⃣ Make the goal realistic (not perfect)
Small, concrete actions are always better than big, unrealistic promises.
Every little step we take feeds our motivation.
Pushing yourself too far and too fast out of your comfort zone can create intense shock, generate fear and emotional overload, and lead to blockage rather than change.
4️⃣ Understanding what holds you back
Take regular time for introspection to take stock of your goal and what hasn't gone according to plan.
Stress, fear, the need to please, perfectionism, limiting beliefs... You can't change what you can't see.
5️⃣ Look at how far we've come, not just how far we still have to go.
Acknowledging your progress and being grateful for every step you take, feeds motivation and boosts confidence.
And don't hesitate to ask for support. Coaching helps you stay grounded and committed:
- clarity rather than confusion
- structure rather than pressure
- empowerment with kindness
You don't need more willpower. You need a process that works for you.
