What is coaching?
Coaching is a personalized support process that helps you get to know yourself better, gain clarity on a goal, identify obstacles, take action, and form new habits. It’s a collaborative journey designed to help you tap into your own resources and move forward with confidence.
What coaching isn't
- This is not therapy: Coaching is about looking to the future by taking action to achieve results and personal development. It is not oriented towards healing the past. It does not replace therapy, but can be a complementary approach.
- This is not counselling: I don't give you the answers, I help you find your own action plan and solutions, so that you're in tune with yourself and motivated to move forward.
- This is not mentoring: I don't share my personal experience, but it helps me to better understand and guide you.
Is coaching right for me?
The answer is yes, if you're ready to make changes, but don't know how to get started or how to keep moving forward, and if you're motivated to invest in the transformation process. You're no longer alone with your problems and challenges. I'll guide you, support you and help you take responsibility.
What kinds of problems can coaching help with?
I offer coaching to people who wish to find a more satisfying mental balance in their personal and/or professional lives. In particular, by reducing anxiety and stress, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem, making decisions and getting out of a comfort zone that no longer suits them.
When can I start seeing results?
Everyone is different, but most clients notice mindset shifts and start taking new actions within the first month. We’ll assess your progress at the end of the program. If you wish, we can start working on a new goal or schedule spaced-out sessions.

Everyone's different! Some people prefer in person sessions to establish a better connection and to be in a confidential space without being disturbed. If that's the case, I'm located in Downtown Vancouver, Canada. Other people feel more comfortable on the phone, to stay in a known and reassuring space, to communicate more easily and authentically. Calls allow more flexibility in terms of scheduling, and avoid the hassle of transportation. This is the mode I recommend. Finally, some people opt for video calls, which combine some of the advantages of the 2 previous modes. I'll leave it to you to decide what suits you best, bearing in mind that you can change at any time of course!
Can I stop during the program?
Of course you can! You are free to change your mind at any time, and for any reason, if you are not satisfied or for personal reasons for example... You just need to inform me more than 24 hours before the next scheduled session to cancel. If you have already made a monthly payment, I will refund you for any unused sessions.
What is your rate?
The first session is at 140 $ CAD (88€, US$102).
For the following sessions, I offer 2 options:
- Single payment after each session: 140 $ CAD per session (88€, US$102)
- Pack of 3 prepaid sessions: 130 $ CAD per session (€82, US$95), i.e. a total of 390 $ CAD (246€, US$285) for the 3.
This includes coaching, a follow-up written message or email after each session, a 15min call per week if you need clarity, answers to all your questions between sessions (Whatsapp, Facebook, email).
What are the payment terms?
I accept payment by Interac (Canada), Wise (outside Canada), bank transfer (France). A deposit of CA $40 (25€) is required on first appointment only and will be deducted from the cost of the session. Payment for a session is due in the event of cancellation within 24 hours, except under exceptional circumstances.
