Everyone goes through difficult times, unsatisfactory situations, has important decisions to make, and wants to be happier and better! Everyone has the necessary resources, but they may be hidden, buried beneath emotions and false beliefs.

My role is to help you reconnect with those resources, because you are capable of creating change, and you deserve to succeed.

Why a 10-session program?

The benefit of a structured 10-session approach is the ability to work consistently and in depth on a single goal—using different techniques over time to create stable, long-lasting results.

We tackle the problem holistically and thoroughly to prevent it from recurring over time. Laying the groundwork first is crucial for long-lasting personal growth.

In contrast, one-off sessions usually focus on a single, short-term situation. While helpful, they often don’t resolve the deeper patterns behind the problem.


1st session :
 90 min introduction

Next : 1 hour every week (recommended) or as desired

Format: Telephone, video or face-to-face (Vancouver)

The aim is to get to know yourself better, to understand what makes you happy and motivates you, to explore the mental blocks that prevent you from moving forward, to change your mindset and your perspective, to be more in tune with yourself and your goal, and to take action to get there step by step.

What Happens After 10 sessions?

After completing the program, you can choose to continue working on your goal with more spaced-out sessions, begin a new program focused on a different objective, or book individual sessions tailored to specific events or challenges—whatever suits your needs best.
