What’s My Story?

Facing my anxiety

I've gone through several periods of anxiety, self-doubt, and rumination, day and night. No area was spared: my career, my life outside my home country, my relationships, my future...

Is this the life I want? How long will I last under these conditions? I don't recognize myself! What are my values and what matters most to me? Did I make the right choice? What if I regret it later? Leave or stay? Find my motivation in my job or change? What is my future if I continue like this?

All these thoughts are linked to my transition periods, either as a cause or a consequence. I've found myself at many crossroads and turning points in my life, hesitating about which direction to take among several personal and professional choices, for fear of the unknown and regrets, then having to navigate periods of uncertainty and accept my choices.

Stress and burn-out

My first career of 13 years in the pharmaceutical industry was successful but also marked by constant pressure, an enormous mental load, and stress levels that eventually exceeded my limits. With a perfectionist, conscientious temperament, and always ready to «give more,» I allowed an imbalance between my professional and personal life to set in. Emergencies and demands piled up, and I always worked a little harder to «keep up,» to not forget anything, to meet expectations.

The situation has repeated on several occasions: in the same overseas posting where I had to adapt to new requirements, during a career advancement with new learning opportunities, and during a career change where I had to rebuild everything on my own.

I was tired, mentally overloaded, unable to find a moment to breathe or simply relax. I didn't know where to start anymore, I blamed myself for not being able to do it even though I was giving it my all, and I felt like I would never get out of this spiral where tasks, responsibilities, and thoughts never stopped.

Results: stomach ulcers and burnout... I had to learn to let go, to re-evaluate my priorities, to dare to set boundaries, and to ask for help.

Daring and believing in myself

At my core, I was introverted and shy. The good, quiet student who didn't dare to ask questions, say when she didn't understand, or approach others, especially those who seemed more interesting than her. Who could have imagined that one day, I would muster the courage to apply to study abroad and create a new life for myself on the other side of the world, in completely unknown territory? Or that I would leave a well-established and promising career as an employee to become a self-employed entrepreneur and coach, without any guarantees and facing the judgment of others?

Fulfill my dreams internationally

I turned the page three times to go live abroad, starting over from scratch in complete unknown, integrating and thriving: from France to the United States twice, then to Canada. Each time in a different situation, bringing me new questions and feelings: for an internship, by choice and finding work on my own, or following my partner and without employment.

Living in a country other than your own means moving forward every day with immense energy, perseverance to adapt, mental fortitude to face daily challenges, doubts, and a tested confidence, and distance, in order to fully embrace your choices and identity… This is why I now support immigrants and expatriates who, like me, want to find their place, their balance, their inner strength, and their fulfillment in a new life far from their familiar surroundings.

I also took a sabbatical to travel solo in Asia, which required a lot of organization, inner stability, and adaptability, but which profoundly transformed my mindset and my vision of life.

Why did I become a coach?

My mission: helping others

I realized that the common thread that has always motivated my choices was the desire to help others and feel useful in this world! This manifested through a volunteer mission in Kenya, through mentoring at work, through choosing clinical trials to help patients, by advising and guiding my teams as a project manager, and through the strong friendships developed over time all over the world…

My mission is to guide you in becoming a more fulfilled and accomplished version of yourself during transitions, helping you avoid long periods of identity crisis, doubt, fatigue, or demotivation that can affect your physical and mental health. I'm here so you no longer have to row alone, confused and without results. With trusted support, a safe environment, and individual coaching truly tailored to your personal or professional goals, your needs, and your pace, you will move forward without wasting time, with greater clarity, and in a direction that is genuinely yours, aligned with your values and desires.

My personal experience

My personal and professional transitions have confronted me with uncertainties, questions, often invisible fears, and that unsettling feeling of no longer really knowing where one belongs, what to do, and who one is. I’ve experienced those moments when landmarks shift and everything seems to need rebuilding.

This lived experience allows me to deeply understand what you are going through: your challenges, your emotions, your hesitations, and your aspirations. It also enables me to accurately identify where you need clarity, confidence, or alignment. I therefore adapt my tools and support to your unique situation, to help you move forward concretely and sustainably towards results that truly reflect you.

My open and multicultural perspective

My year backpacking through Asia, my numerous trips around the world, and my life in three different countries have taught me to see the world without restrictive cultural filters, without trying to «fit in» or replicate pre-established situations. By working with international colleagues and through my many encounters abroad, I have developed an ability to listen, understand, and welcome with curiosity and kindness ways of living, working, deciding, and being happy that vary from one culture and one person to another.

This wealth of experience enriches my approach to accompaniment: broader, more open, unconditioned, and deeply respectful of your uniqueness. With me, you embark on a path that is truly your own, not one that society or another person expects of you.

Problem-solving as a strength

Another key strength I bring is my perseverance and my motivation to solve problems by finding concrete, tailored solutions. I’ve learned to identify the right questions, define priorities, and avoid scattering my energy, thanks to solid structure and an analytical mindset.

From a young age, board games already sharpened my logical thinking and my taste for challenges. My scientific studies then taught me to think methodically and act with clarity despite complexity. In my previous career, I refined this skill by effectively managing emergencies, unforeseen events, and numerous responsibilities. I reinforced this spirit

analysis through strategic escape games, then during a year of travel in Asia, punctuated by surprises and situations requiring quick adaptation, creativity, pragmatism, and composure.

My greatest reward

My greatest satisfaction is witnessing your transformation take shape session after session: your “aha” moments when you finally understand yourself better, your breakthroughs when you dare to take action, your growing confidence as your behaviors shift when you assert yourself, protect yourself, and flourish. eureka when you finally understand yourself better, your triggers when you dare to take action, your behaviors that evolve when you assert yourself, protect and blossom.

It's celebrating with you the joy and pride of small steps, seeing you regain energy, clarity, and confidence. It's witnessing that moment when your gaze changes, when you realize you are capable, legitimate, and worthy of leading the life you desire and that suits you.

And above all, it's seeing you move forward with more gentleness, inner stability, freedom, and satisfaction.
